FEDERAL TAX MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER Responsibilities: The Tax
Manager/Senior Manager is responsible for the delivery of a full range of tax services for high net worth clients. Responsibilities
include interacting closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise; providing primary
and secondary review of complex high net worth tax returns; developing and managing staff; working closely with partners and

Data Manager | | Location: | New York | | Key task-related responsibilities: | - Gather, enter and scrub loan,
capital stack, property, valuation, cash collateral, equity LCs, and hedging data required for Basel II. Export Basel data
into xml format to perform monthly LGD batch runs for the portfolio.
- Gather data from borrower financial statements and loan covenant tracking for risk reporting
for review by Data Manager.
- Import
and maintain internal systems for all collateral and valuation data for 650+ properties and 13,000+ tenants. This includes
transferring of property data from underwriting spreadsheets and exporting tenant data from Argus or transferring data from
an excel rent rolls into internal systems. In addition, an assignment of a parent company name for each
tenant is performed to ensure a consistent naming convention when consolidating exposure across the portfolio.
- Communicate with Risk Management & Control in Germany to ensure PD and LGD results are received
and resolve any data issues that arise in the process.
- Provide Workout
and CRM with exposure, loss given default, and expected loss information needed on credit application, annual reviews, and
amendments and waivers.
- Review and extract data from
credit applications / annual reviews, underwriting spreadsheets, IRR Tool, final loan documents, loan disbursement statements,
compliance sheet, and hedge agreements as part of the loan boarding process into REDS.
- Prepare condo sales data and identify data or deal issues to be resolved with Asset Managers
prior to review by Data Manager.
- Query
data via REDS-RO database to extract data needed for ad hoc reporting.
- Initiate data changes in REDS via amendments to the Ops Memo with appropriate backup.
- Take on projects requiring excel programming to solve day to day issues experienced by other departments
such as creating macros and formulae into condo and construction master sheets.
- Support and backup Asset Services and Construction Services.
- Carry out special assignments.

This individual will be responsible for planning, staffing, and executing Internal
Audit and/or Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 (Sox 404) projects, as well as support demand creation sales and proposal development.
This individual will manage direct client project relationships and ensure high-quality delivery within the project confines
of budget. This person will provide oversight and quality assurance of various project deliverables, technical work, and oversee
project leaders and teams. This person will work directly with clients to communicate business and technical aspects of the
work being performed. This person will set performance expectations for all members of the project team and provide constructive
performance feedback on a regular basis. This person will be responsible for overall engagement economics of the projects,
including budget status tracking, billing, and collection follow-up. Bachelors
Degree is required. Major in Accountancy. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other related
accounting professional certification is required. Minimum
of 6 years of business experience in the areas of internal audit, internal controls assessment, and/or Sox 404 evaluation
