Financial Institutions Senior Audit
In the role of external audit senior
associate the primary responsibility will be to in charge financial institutions audits for both public and private clients
ranging in size from $50 million to $8 billion in assets. The role will entail project management skills to organize,
communicate with the audit team and management, and execute the audit. The role will require the desire and ability
to work in a very fast paced environment with significant growth opportunity and the desire to progress to a manager level. - Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- 2
plus years experience in external audit work/ preferably 3 or more
- SEC
audit experience is a plus
- CPA preferred
- Must be qualified to sift for CPA with 150 hour requirement met
- Project management skills-organization, multi-tasking, meeting deadlines

SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR $ 70-90 K Participate in business monitoring, special projects and operational and financial
audits. Identify control weaknesses or areas of needed improvement, and recommend course of action.
Assure that audit fieldwork and reporting are complete in order to assist the Audit Committee and senior management
in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting. · Prepare/review control narratives and documentation that support the internal control structure·
Develop and implement audit programs to test
internal business control structures and perform operational and financial reviews to create a best practices environment

Test the internal control framework in connection
with the performance of operational audits and Sarbanes-Oxley testing· Participate in management discussions regarding audit findings and have the ability to
effectively communicate findings · Work on special projects as business needs require.· Assist in the preparation of material and presentation thereof to

ACCOUNTANT $65-75K The tax accountant is responsible for preparing
tax returns for partnerships, REITs, and corporations. Additionally, the position requires the maintenance
of fixed asset depreciation records; preparation of taxable income schedules; preparation of taxable income state allocation;
preparation of quarterly REIT income and asset tests, and preparation of flowcharts and entity lists.

EXECUTIVE
ASSISTANT TO CEO (HIGH LEVEL) This position requires a highly professional individual to join the Executive Administration team
and assist the CEO of the firm. The Executive Administration team handles the coordination and review of materials from all
departments that are provided to the CEO, assists with business administration issues, coordinates various writing projects
with the in-house editor, executes public relations projects, manages the library, and provides administrative support. Must
be extremely organized and motivated, pay excellent attention to detail, and possess strong writing and computer skills, including
a high proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with knowledge of Access and Photoshop a plus. This person will be working
with confidential issues and must have the maturity to use discretion and diplomacy. Must be able to multi-task, work in a
fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and a great work ethic. A background in finance is preferred. A Bachelor's
degree and a minimum of 10 years related experience, including at least 3 years working with senior management are required.
An advanced degree a plus.
Senior
Quantitative Equity Researcher This position requires
a PhD in econometrics, finance, or related quantitative discipline, and entails heavy empirical research into U.S. equity
market inefficiencies. Must be familiar with financial statement analysis, pricing and expectational data, have knowledge
of financial and statistical literature, and experience with multiple statistical packages and techniques. Responsibilities
include conducting exploratory data analysis, testing various statistical approaches, developing and enhancing models, and
reviewing financial literature. Ideal candidate would be self-motivated with minimum 3 years of empirical equity research
experience.
Senior Portfolio Analyst This position is part of
the portfolio management and research team, and requires quantitative equity model and portfolio management experience. Must
be familiar with quantitative equity models, security selection, portfolio construction, and electronic trading. Responsibilities
include working internally with the portfolio managers on proprietary model and portfolio analyses and the optimal use of
model alphas in security selection, portfolio construction, and trading. The successful candidate will regularly study extensive
model and portfolio performance attribution reports across all strategies to gain model and portfolio insights, study various
portfolio construction and trading parameters for optimal use of model alphas for portfolio performance, and conduct scenario
analyses to detect opportunities in changing market environments. Must have a PhD in finance, and a minimum of 3 years of
quantitative equity model and portfolio management experience.
